Former coach Jurgen Klinsmann of the Korean national soccer team advised that Tottenham Hotspur needs to

significantly strengthen its lineup, although captain Son Heung-min stood out.

On the 4th (local time), Tottenham Hotspur introduced on their homepage the analysis that former manager Klinsmann

recently gave about the club during an appearance on a sports media outlet ESPN.

Former manager Klinsmann believes Tottenham need to strengthen their squad across all positions except goalkeeper in

the summer transfer 스포츠토토존 market.

He diagnosed, "Guglielmo Vicario has been fantastic in goalkeeping all season, but we need to strengthen all positions

including the back four and defensive midfielders. We also need one or two more strikers."

He added, "If that happens, Tottenham will score at least 15 more goals (in a season). 15 goals." He continued, "Son

Heung-min did well on his own, and Dejan Kulusevski showed a bit (of performance), but the other players did not."

Former manager Klinsmann predicted that Anzhi Postecoglou, who leads Tottenham Hotspur, will face a real test in the

2024-25 season.

"Coach Postecoglou will face a different level of pressure (in the new season) than before. The expectations are different

than before," said former coach Klinsmann. "He has to go out into the market and find talented players."

Tottenham is a special club for former coach Klinsmann, who was sacked as head coach of the national team after a

shocking defeat to Jordan in the semifinals of the 2023 Asian Football Confederation (AFC) Asian Cup in February.

Former manager Klinsmann played for Tottenham in the 1994-1995 and 1997-1998 seasons. Although his time was short,

he left a strong impression, including saving the team from relegation, and is recognized as a Tottenham 'legend'.

Tottenham Hotspur finished the English Premier League (EPL) this season in 5th place (20 wins, 6 draws, 12 losses, 66

points).

Son Heung-min, who took charge of the team, recorded 17 goals and 10 assists. He ranked 8th in the league scoring

rankings and tied for 3rd in assist rankings.
